What is hybrid training?
Hybrid training blends strength, endurance, and functional conditioning into one program. Instead of choosing between lifting and running, you build both — so you're ready for race day, game day, and everything in between.
Do I need experience to join?
No. Every class is coach-led, every movement can be scaled, and every new member gets onboarded so you know exactly how to train safely. Beginners welcome — we just ask that you show up and work.
How do I sign up?
Create a free account in our member portal, choose a membership plan, and book your first class. It takes about two minutes.
Where are you located?
2300 E Valley Rd, Renton, WA 98057. Parking is on-site. Full directions and a map are on the Contact page.
What should I bring to my first class?
Workout clothes, indoor training shoes, a water bottle, and a towel. We have everything else on-site — but if you have a favorite jump rope or lifting belt, bring it.
Do you offer drop-ins?
Yes. Drop-in options are available through the member portal. If you're traveling or visiting, we'd love to have you in for a session.
Do you train for HYROX?
Yes — HYROX-style programming is part of our weekly schedule, and we coach athletes targeting race-day performance. Ask about goal-specific blocks when you sign up.
Can I try it before I commit?
Absolutely. Reach out through the Contact page and we'll get you into an intro session so you can see the room before committing to a membership.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes. One-on-one coaching with individualized programming is available for athletes of every level. See the Personal Training page for details.
How do I cancel or pause my membership?
Memberships are managed through the GymMaster portal. You can change, pause, or cancel from your account — or email us and we'll help.
